Return and Refund Policy – AEROVISTA

Thank you for shopping with AEROVISTA. We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the policy below.


Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Include proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Return Process

  • The reason for the return

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide detailed return instructions along with the appropriate return address.

Please do not send any items back without receiving return authorization first.


Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error, including:

  • Damaged items
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect items received

AEROVISTA will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other return reasons (such as change of mind or ordering the wrong item), customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.


Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Depending on your payment provider or financial institution, it may take an additional 1–2 billing cycles for the refund to appear in your account.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or worn products
  • Gift cards
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Personal care products that have been opened after delivery
  • Any items that are not in their original condition due to reasons not caused by AEROVISTA

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the product and packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

If your order has already been dispatched, please follow the return procedure after delivery.
